Ukungakhathali okubangelwa yi-anemia kwimfuyo kunye neenkukhu, ukungadli kakuhle, ukukhula kakubi kunye nophuhliso, ukusetyenziswa kunye neziyobisi zegazi kunempembelelo engcono;
Ukubuyiswa kwezifo ezahlukahlukeneyo, ngokukodwa i-gastrointestinal tract kunye nesifo esingapheliyo sokumosha;
Isetyenziselwa ukugcina amandla ezilwanyana ngaphambi kogqatso kunye nokufunyanwa kwamandla esilwanyana sasekhaya emva kogqatso.
